System Configuration
Chamber Configuration
- Chamber setting
- Area to input the volume and select unit of the chamber
Pipe Menu
- No. & Sub Pipe
- No.: Number of piping element or group
- Sub Pipe: Use only for parallel piping
- Click the P button to add different type of parallel piping (up to 10)
- Click the S button to configure each parallel piping (up to 40)
- When configuring parallel piping, P and S buttons colored as navy
- When configuring serial piping, P and S buttons colored as navy (In serial piping, sub pipe is not used)
- Mouse over on the title to see additional explanation
- Type, ID-in, Length, Angle, Radius, ID-out, Loss
- Type: Pipe, Bend/Elbow/Miter, Cone/Straight
- ID-in: Inlet ID (0.1 cm ≤ ID-In ≤ 35 cm)
- Length: Pipe length
- Pipe: 0.01 m ≤ L ≤ 20 m
- Cone/Straight: 1 cm ≤ L ≤ 50 cm
- Miter: 1 x ID-In ≤ L ≤ 1.25 x ID-In
- Angle: Bend/Elbow/Miter angle (1° ≤ Angle ≤ 90°)
- Radius: Bend radius (1.0D/1.5D/2.0D/2.5D)
- ID-out: Outlet ID (0.1 cm ≤ ID-out ≤ 35 cm)
- Cone/Straight: ID-In ≠ ID-Out
- Loss: Without, entrance, exit, entrance & exit

- S Q'ty and P Q'ty
- S Q'ty: Use only for serial piping
- When configuring serial piping, input the number of same piping elements
- Default: 1, 1 ≤ S Q'ty ≤ 10
- When configuring parallel piping, S Q'ty is fixed at 1
- P Q'ty: Use only for parallel piping
- When configuring parallel piping, input the number of same piping groups
- When P is 1, 2 ≤ P Q'ty ≤ 10
- When P is more than 2, P Q'ty is fixed at 1
- P Q'ty is not used

Pipe Configuration
Serial Piping
- Click the add_circle Add Pipe button to add piping element or group
- Select type of pipe and input ID-in, Length, Angle, Radius, ID-out, Loss
- S Q'ty is the number of repeating elements, which is set to 1 by default
- S Q’ty range: 1 ≤ S Q'ty ≤ 10
- Click the "delete" button to delete piping element or group
Serial Piping Example
- The system image is an example for explanation
- S Q'ty: 1 → 1 pipe + 1 bend + 1 pipe + 1 bend
- Input the number of pipe elements
- S Q'ty: 2 → 2 pipes + 2 bends
- Multiply: 1
- Input the number of pump q'ty (default: 1)
- Multiply range: 0.1 ≤ multiply ≤ 10
Parallel Piping (Same Piping Group in Parallel)
- Click the add_circle Add Pipe button to add piping element or group
- When configuring the identical parallel piping group, the number of P should be 1
- Click the S button to configure piping group (up to 40)
- Select type of pipe and input ID-In, Length, Angle, Radius, ID-Out, Loss
- P Q'ty is the number of connection in same parallel piping group, which is set to 2 by default
- P Q’ty range: 2 ≤ P Q'ty ≤ 10
- When configuring parallel piping, S Q'ty is not settable and fixed at 1
- Click the "delete" button to delete piping element or group
Parallel Piping (Same Piping Group in Parallel) Example

- P Q'ty: 2 → [1 pipe + 1 cone + 1 pipe] × 2
- Input the number of repeated parallel piping
- Multiply: 2
- Input the number of pump q'ty (default: 1)
- Multiply range: 0.1 ≤ multiply ≤ 10
Parallel Piping (Different Piping Group in Parallel)
- Click the add_circle Add Pipe button to add piping element or group
- When configuring different parallel piping group, click the P button to add parallel piping
- Click the S button to configure piping group (up to 40)
- Select type of pipe and input ID-in, Length, Angle, Radius, ID-out, Loss
- P Q'ty is the number of parallel piping, which is set to 1 by default
- When configuring parallel piping, S Q'ty is fixed at 1
- Click the "delete" button to delete piping element or group
Parallel Piping (Different Piping Group in Parallel) Example

- P Q'ty: 1 & 1 → [1 pipe + 1 cone + 1 pipe] + [1 pipe + 1 bend + 1 bend + 1 pipe]
- P Q’ty is set to 1 by default when configuring the different type of parallel piping
- Merged pipe is not applicable
- Multiply: 2
- Input the number of pump q'ty (default: 1)
- Multiply range: 0.1 ≤ multiply ≤ 10
Parallel Piping with Merged Pipes Example

- P Q'ty: 3 & 2 → [2 pipes × 3] + merged pipe + [2 pipes × 2]
- Merged Pipe: 1 merged pipe applied
- Multiply: 2
- Input the number of pump q'ty (default: 1)
- Multiply range: 0.1 ≤ multiply ≤ 10
Parallel Piping with Serial Piping and Merged Pipes Example

- Merged Pipe: 2 merged pipes applied
- Multiply: 1
- Input the number of pump q'ty (default: 1)
- Multiply range: 0.1 ≤ multiply ≤ 10
Pump Configuration
- Pump configuration

format_list_bulleted Select Pump: Select the pump to add from the list

cancel Clear Pump: Clear currently added pump
- Click the visibility button to see pump preview → See Pump Management
- Input the number of pump (default: 1)
- Multiply range: 0.1 ≤ multiply ≤ 10
System Creation & Deletion
- System creation: Click the "add New System" to add new system in the system list
- Click system to edit in configuration area
- System deletion: Click the "delete" button to delete system (System deletion is only available on Optimum plan, and system 1 cannot be deleted)
- The number of available systems varies depending on your plan (Single: 1, Twin: 2, Plus: 3, Optimum: 6)
System Simulation
- The play_arrow Run Sim button activate, when input chamber, pipe, pump
- Click the play_arrow Run Sim button to activate detailed project menu based on input conditions
- See following table of detailed conditions of simulation activation
- Click detailed project menu to see simulation chart
- Pump Eval is only available on Optimum plan
- Conditions for activating the project menu
