Program Start
- Launch program, website sign in (Sign in, Sign up), select language (English, Korean)
- If not signed in or no plan is being subscribed, the "rocket_launch" button is not visible.
- Click the "Launch program" button to start program
- If no plan is being subscribed, the "Launch program" button is not visible.
- If no plan is being subscribed, you can subscribe on the Pricing page
Plan Subscription
- Select monthly or yearly subscription
- Select the plan you want and subscribe
- Select from Single, Twin, Plus, or Optimum plans → See Pricing page.
- If you want to use a credit card registered in South Korea, You can pay after change language to KOR on the top-right.
- Monthly and Yearly are subscription-type services.
- Recurring payment stops when unsubscribe.
- If the recurring payment is not made, payment attempts will be made for 3 days at 1-day intervals, and if payment is not made within 3 days, the recurring payment may be terminated due to payment failure.
My Plan
- Sign in and go to My Page
- Plan currently in use
- View the user's current plan in "My subscription history" in My Page.
- Click the "View detail" button to see payment receipts in detail.
- Click the "Unsubscribe" button to unsubscribe.
