Pump

Pump Management

  1. Select the "Manage Pump…" in "Pump" menu
  2. Rename, duplicate, export to file, delete the pump
  3. Create a new pump or import a pump file from your PC

Pump Creation

  1. Pump size setting
    • Setting of pump dimension (L: length, W: width, H: height) and position of pump inlet (X, Y)
    • The position of the pump inlet is set automatically to the center of the face and can be changed
  2. Input pump detail
    • Pump name
      • Only Latin, numeric and special characters can be entered
      • Enter up to 50 characters
      • Pump name cannot be duplicated
    • Type: Select the pump type (Primary, Primary+Roots)
    • Pipe standard: Select pipe standard (ASME, ISO/EN, KS/JIS)
    • Inlet DN: Select the pump inlet DN
    • Position: Select the face where chamber hole is located (top, left, right, front, back)
    • Pump data
      • format_list_bulleted Select Pump Data: Load a pump data file from a list of created pump data
      • file_open Import Pump Data: Load a pump data file (.fpd) stored on your PC
      • Pump data file name displayed, when file (.fpd) uploaded
      • Pump data → See Pump Data

  • Mouse over on timeline button to preview the uploaded pump data (pumping speed chart)

Pump Using

  • Add pump
    • Click the "Add Pump" to select or import a pump to add
